How Fullscript empowered 200+ employees with n8n, saving thousands of hours through AI-driven automation.

Challenge

Fullscript’s vision was to democratize AI and automation across the organization. However, most automation tools were either too rigid or required deep technical expertise.

“We wanted everybody in the organization to be able to use automation. It had to be intuitive enough for non-technical users, but powerful enough for engineers. said Sahar Rahmani, Director of Internal AI at Fullscript.

The goals:

  • Enable non-technical staff to create AI workflows independently.

  • Free the AI/ML engineering team from routine requests.

  • Increase efficiency, compliance, and security across the business.

Solution

After testing different low-code/no-code solutions, Fullscript adopted n8n Enterprise for its intuitive design and flexibility.

  • Visual workflows allowed employees to design automations by dragging and connecting nodes.

  • Technical users appreciated n8n’s ability to handle complex workflows with ease.​

  • Organization-wide rollout: Within three months, Rahmani’s team created staging and production environments, backed by workshops, training sessions, and instructional material.

 

The rollout was so successful that at a company-wide hackathon, employees created 130+ new workflows ranging from non-technical staff to senior engineers.

“We had everybody, from super non-technical folks to staff engineers, building AI workflows in n8n,” said Rahmani.

Impact

Security investigations cut by 97%

One standout workflow reduced security investigation times from weeks to just 30 minutes, saving an estimated 3,600 hours per year.

  • Automates identity verification for practitioners.

  • Summarizes results with an AI agent.

  • Produces audit-ready reports in Google Docs within minutes.

 

“This workflow would have taken months to build traditionally. With n8n, we built it in just two days,” said Rahmani.
