Challenge

Fullscript’s vision was to democratize AI and automation across the organization. However, most automation tools were either too rigid or required deep technical expertise.

Solution

After testing different low-code/no-code solutions, Fullscript adopted n8n Enterprise for its intuitive design and flexibility.

Visual workflows allowed employees to design automations by dragging and connecting nodes.
Technical users appreciated n8n’s ability to handle complex workflows with ease.
Organization-wide rollout: Within three months, Rahmani’s team created staging and production environments, backed by workshops, training sessions, and instructional material.

The rollout was so successful that at a company-wide hackathon, employees created 130+ new workflows ranging from non-technical staff to senior engineers.

“We had everybody, from super non-technical folks to staff engineers, building AI workflows in n8n,” said Rahmani.
